Custom Design Policy
Custom designs are a collaboration — part art, part chaos, all vibes. When you commission a piece from Malevolent Prints, you’re paying for the artist’s time, creativity, and brainpower. That means no refunds, no “can you just change the whole thing,” and definitely no ghosting halfway through.
We’re here to make something rad with you — not to endlessly redraw it because your cousin’s friend had “a better idea.”
💬 The Process

Concept Chat: We’ll talk about what you want — theme, vibe, details, references. The clearer you are, the better the result.

Quote & Payment: Once we settle the details, you’ll get a quote. Full payment is due upfront before any sketching begins.

Creation: We’ll send you a preview for approval when it’s ready. Minor tweaks? Cool. Full redesigns? Nope.

Final Delivery: You’ll receive your finished digital files in the agreed format once it’s approved.
🩹 Revisions
You get one round of small revisions (color tweaks, small detail changes). Anything more is considered a new commission and will be billed accordingly.
If you ghost the process for more than 14 days, your slot gets closed and payment is forfeited. We respect your time — please respect ours too.
⚡ Usage
Custom designs are for personal or small business use unless otherwise stated. If you want to use the design for commercial projects, manufacturing, or resale, that requires an extended license (we can chat about that before the project starts).
